ISO 9001:2015

Quality Management

Consistent processes that deliver business excellence.

Overview

ISO 9001 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It helps organizations consistently meet customer requirements and improve how work gets done. The current edition, ISO 9001:2015, uses the harmonized structure (clauses 4–10) and rests on seven quality management principles, including customer focus, leadership, process approach, and continual improvement.

What it covers

  • Context of the organization and interested parties (clause 4)
  • Leadership, quality policy, and roles (clause 5)
  • Planning for risks, opportunities, and quality objectives (clause 6)
  • Support, including competence, awareness, and documented information (clause 7)
  • Operational planning and control (clause 8)
  • Performance evaluation and continual improvement (clauses 9–10)
  • Process approach and risk-based thinking throughout

How we help

Implementation, audits and maintenance.

Implementation

We assess current processes, design or refine the QMS, standardize ways of working, establish quality objectives and documented information, and prepare the organization for certification. The focus is on processes that improve consistency and fit how the business actually operates.

Audits

Internal quality audits, readiness reviews, and certification audit support, plus surveillance and recertification cycles.

Maintenance

Surveillance support, management review facilitation, and continual improvement so the QMS stays effective and valuable after certification.
